The business challenge
Teams knew AI mattered but did not know how to use it, or how to ask for it. Most AI projects fail on adoption, not technology, because the people meant to use the tools were never brought along.
What we built
We built a two-tier training system. A short foundational series gives any team baseline AI literacy in under an hour, framed around becoming an educated buyer. Then enterprise-specific modules, built for the client’s own ecosystem like Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini, take them from literate to capable, all delivered through a portal that tracks who has actually completed what.
