The business challenge
A scholarship program ran on a third-party tool that never fit how it worked. Donors, school administrators, and applying families each needed a completely different view, and the tax-credit workflow, the whole reason the program exists, was handled by hand.
What we built
We built one platform with three role-based portals: donors, school administrators, and applicant families, each seeing only what they need. A donor can estimate their tax credit, choose a school, and set up recurring gifts. Schools manage applicants, awards, and disbursements from a single dashboard. Families apply, upload documents, and track status in one place.
