Generating in the browser is our alternative to shipping sensitive user data to a third party to get a personalized product.
The business challenge
A founder had a proven personal-development program but no product to deliver it at scale. Each user needed their own personalized video every day, and the content was sensitive, so user data could not be sent off to third parties without real privacy protection.
What we built
We built a member platform that generates each user’s personalized video and guides them through a daily routine, then tracks the habits and mood that show progress over time. Video generation runs locally in the browser to protect user data, and the model layer is provider-agnostic with a fallback, so quality holds as the AI landscape shifts.
