The business challenge
Leadership could not get a cash-flow forecast or a clean profit-and-loss view without handing a third party direct access to the accounting system and bank account. The accounting tool was there, but nobody was pulling budgets, forecasts, or insight out of it.
What we built
We connected the accounting data through its API to a financial agent that produces cash-flow reports, forecasts, and P&L directly on the dashboard. No outside logins to the bank, no third parties in the accounts. The owner sees what they have to invest and where the money is going, on demand.
