The business challenge
Leadership ran the business across scattered tools and spreadsheets. Project status lived in one place, finances in another, and team workload nowhere in particular. There was no single view of what was on track, what was at risk, and where the money was going.
What we built
We built a role-based command center that unifies project status, milestones, team capacity, and financial reporting on one screen. An AI assistant sits inside it, so a leader can ask a question or request a change to a report and get it answered live, without chasing anyone by email.
