One connected system is our alternative to hiring in one tool, onboarding by hand, and training on a subscription built for someone else.
The business challenge
Hiring, onboarding, and training ran across separate, disconnected tools, with heavy manual work between each step. Candidates came in through one process, hiring happened in another, onboarding was manual, and training ran on a generic subscription that was never built for the organization.
What we built
We built one connected system that carries an employee from application to fully trained. A candidate enters through a custom applicant tracker wired into the job board and payroll, with scheduling and emails automated. Once hired, they move into a four-part onboarding portal, then into custom video training modules built with AI avatars on the organization’s own content. A manager dashboard shows exactly who has and has not completed training.
